Does the community allow solicitors?

No. If a property owner is approached politely redirect them out of the neighborhood.  If it becomes contentious report the company to the Chatham County Sheriff’s Department non-emergent number 919-542-2911

Where do I report an unleashed, wandering dog, feral cat, or animal?

Can I store a recreational vehicle (i.e., boat, RV) on my property?

No. The covenants prohibit such storage.

Who maintains the street lights? Who should I call to report broken or burned out street lights?

Can I hold a yard sale?

Covenants do not allow individual yard sales. However, the POA has authorized and annual/bi-annual community year sale. This event is held for any property owner in the parking lot of the community pool. A nominal registration fee is charged to cover the cost of advertising. Announcements are posted on the website.

Who do I contact to refill supplies and pick-up of dog waste stations?

The grounds contractor is responsible for these stations. Please contact the property management company for issues or inquiry.

When is trick-or-treating when Halloween occurs on a weekend?

The community observes October 31st regardless of where it falls on the calendar

Who should I contact when the sewer lift station alarm sounds?

Who are the companies that service the neighborhoods for trash/recycling disposal?

    • Yard waste is a additional cost and is collected the last week of the month on your regularly scheduled day of collection
