The Townes of Governors Village Maintenance Association will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at 7:00 pm in the women’s classroom at Mount Carmel Baptist Church.
In a letter below to Townes homeowners, Community Manager Joel Strangis discusses plans for the upcoming meeting and provides details of the 2012 budget for the Townes. Also included in the letter is information about three open Townes Board of Director positions that need to be filled this fall, along with a nomination form and a proxy form.
Lastly, the latest version of the Townes community rules and regulations are attached as well. These rules were updated in June 2011, replacing the 2008 version.
