The Community Manager for Governors Village, Joel Strangis, issued this announcement to Lake Townes residents this morning.
Dear Townhome Owner,
Those who live in the Lake Townes may have noticed that after the repaving last year an area remained at the top of Christopher Drive that holds water after rainstorms. Ruston Paving will be working on the area Tuesday and Wednesday, March 27-28. Weather permitting the curb along the hillside will be replaced on Tuesday and the intersection will be repaved on Wednesday. Tuesday’s work should not inconvenience drivers, Repaving on Wednesday may cause brief delays and we ask your patience and your cooperation.
The cost of this repair is being shared by Ruston Paving, the developer and Governors Village POA (the master association).
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
