Yesterday, the NC Attorney General’s office appealed the NC Utilities Commission’s decision to the NC Supreme Court, challenging the decision to allow Aqua NC to raise rates more frequently and with less public input…if you would like to write to Attorney General Roy Cooper to thank him for taking this step toward quality water at a fair price, you can write to him at Attorney General’s Office, 9001 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-9001 or use this form to e-mail him.
