Social Committee Meeting, Seeking New Members

The Governors Village Social Committee is seeking new members. This would be a great time to get involved in the life of the community. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 30138 Village Park Drive, beginning at 7:45PM.

Hi again everyone!

I am sending out this email on behalf of the Social Committee. We are in need of volunteers for the Social Committee, as most members have retired after their MUCH APPRECIATED service to this committee over the years. Our committee is responsible for planning fun social and fundraising events for our community such as the Easter Egg hunt, firemen’s 5K and pancake breakfast, Boo Fest, etc.

I would like to stress that there is not a great deal of time commitment and we are really hoping to have FUN with it! If you are interested in finding out a little more, please feel free to join a very informal meeting on Tuesday, July 18th at 7:45PM at 30138 Village Park Drive.

Please rsvp to either myself at allieviv@gmail.com, or Leda Werrell at lkwerrell@gmail.com. If you are unable to make the meeting but are interested in joining the social committee (or at least getting more information) feel free to email either myself or Leda.

Thank you and please let either of us know if you have any questions!
