Governors POA Board Meeting

Fourth Thursday of odd-numbered months at 6:00 pm. Meeting times subject to change. Contact First Service Residential (see Contacts) to confirm time and place.

Townes Board Meeting

First Tuesday of odd-numbered months at 6:00 pm. Meetings are virtual for the duration of the pandemic. Contact First Service Residential to confirm time and place.

Governors Architectural Review Board (ARB) Meeting

Second Tuesday of every month at 4:00 at Flair.  ARB applications must be received at First Service Residential by 5:00 pm the Wednesday prior to the meeting. They can be submitted by fax, electronically or mail.

Safety Committee

Streetlight out or tree needing to be trimmed near a streetlight? Please report to Duke Energy (duke-energy.com/Customer-Service)

The following list of activities are not organized by the POA committees, but have become time-honored traditions in the community.

Volleyball – (Seasonal, through Labor Day) Volleyball league games every Tuesday and Thursday night at Governors Park playground.

Open play on Sundays at 5pm. Anyone is welcome to attend.

More competitive play on Saturday mornings. At Governors Park playground.
