The next POA meeting  will be Monday, May 6 at the Bold Realty Building (10100 Governors Dr).

Please remember that if you have an item for the open forum portion of the agenda to submit your item at least 3 business days before the meeting (May 1 for the May 6 meeting).

The board recently voted to change meeting dates slightly. The schedule for general HOA board meetings in 2024 are as follows:

Wed March 6

Mon April 29 – Annual Meeting

Wed May 8

Wed July 10 zoom

Wed Sep 4

Wed Nov 6

The board is also still in search of a treasurer for the upcoming cycle, which will begin at the annual meeting in April. Please consider this important role if you are good with budgets and able to meet once every other month. Please contact Kerri Payne at kerripayne@cox.net
