If you have a specific matter that you would like added to the agenda of our regularly scheduled meetings, please inform the board and/or management of your request at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting so that the board may reasonably prepare for your questions and afford time for a discussion if possible. If notification is not given, the board will only discuss matters that are on the approved agenda to ensure that the business of the association is addressed in a timely manner.
